Given that FIMO Group decided to outsource production to our network of suppliers, this phase was pivotal in efficiently producing the new product at scale while maintaining the high standards of quality and performance established during the development phase. The successful implementation of the cold shrink tube production process through our network of suppliers enabled FIMO Group to rapidly scale up their manufacturing capabilities and meet market demand. The meticulous planning and execution of the implementation phase ensured that the product maintained its high quality and performance standards, thereby reinforcing FIMO Group's reputation for reliability and innovation in the telecommunications industry.
